Bolton Clarke is a major national organisation yet its nurses, midwives and personal care workers are paid below Victorian standards.

We call on Bolton Clarke to stop using its Victorian Royal District Nursing Service history as a marketing tool and to start living it by taking care of the people who make the care happen.

Bolton Clarke must improve working conditions and pay respectful and fair wages that value the work nurses, midwives, and personal care workers do and the important people in their care.
