Thaw your frozen heart Bolton Clarke.

Bolton Clarke talks a lot about its rich nursing history being at the heart of everything it does. But it’s a different story when it comes to caring for its Victorian nurses, personal care workers and midwives who provide the care to its clients and aged care residents.

These services include Bolton Clarke’s home nursing service, Allity and McKenzie nursing homes, a maternal and child health advice line and the Homeless Persons Nursing Service.

Bolton Clarke is a major national organisation yet its nurses, midwives and personal care workers are paid below Victorian standards.

Email Bolton Clarke's CEO

Bolton Clarke is relying on its Victorian workforce and the community accepting low wages without a fuss.

They think nurses and personal care workers are too scared to demand better. In fact, they are counting on it.

To achieve a respectful pay rise, Bolton Clarke management, especially Acting CEO Glen Hurley, needs to hear your voice. They need to know it matters to you.

Bolton Clarke aged care residents and at home nursing service clients, your friends and family and members of the community are also welcome to participate in this email campaign.
